This event showcases a stellar international lineup, alongside passionate social dancers, singers, and fellow bachata aficionados, all gathered to celebrate their love for the dance. It’s an ideal chance to showcase your services and products to our diverse and expanding community of bachata enthusiasts.

Terms and Conditions

=Vendor Fee via Evenbrite registration.Select suitable vendor fee that fits your needs.
Must be approved by Event Staff before payment is made
Includes Full Passes for Vendor Staff. The number of passes and type of pass depends on tier level
6'x3' Vendor Table. Number of tables are dependent on tier level
Vendors may set up their booths after 7 pm on Thursday night . It is the vendors discretion as to what hours they would like to operate their booth. Vendors are permitted to sell during the hours of 9 am - 4 am and must evacuate their booth by 3 am on Monday morning.
2 chairs are provided per vendor booth
Location of Vendor booth will be assigned dependent on tier level
