The festival will be held at the Double Tree Hilton in San Jose, California from July 12th-15th, 2024

Yes there are. In addition to the full pass, we also offer add-ons such as masterclass pass, instructor pass, bachata bootcamps, and night social passes.

Baychata Festival is suitable for all levels of dancers. For more advance courses, those options are also available through our Add-on ticket purchases.

Sorry, we do not offer any refunds. All sales are final. However, exchanges are allowed for  fee. Please visit our ticket page or Eventbrite for more details on transfer pricing.

Please contact the organizer and submit a ticket transfer via Eventbrite or on Tickets Page of this website before the Festival deadline (July 9th) for each ticket transfer. 

Parking is available at the hotel for hotel guests that purchase with Baychata Festival Hotel link at a discount rate of $15/day. It includes in-and out privileges.  For those not staying at the hotel, the price of parking is $16 with hotel validation (no in and out privileges). Free shuttle service is provided from SJC airport to hotel and Cal Train/uber are accessible.
