Interested in bringing a team to perform?
Are you ready to take the stage at Baychata Festival? We’re excited to invite your team to showcase your talent at our vibrant celebration, where bachata takes center stage! Whether you’re just starting out or you’re a seasoned pro, we want to see what you can bring to our festival. Please note that, due to limited performance slots, we will prioritize team showcases over individual acts. Join us for an unforgettable Friday night filled with music, dance, and a fantastic atmosphere for both dancers and attendees alike!
Terms and Conditions
- All performing teams must be vetted by Event Staff prior to selection. Preference will be given to team showcases with focus on bachata
- Must be approved by Event Staff before payment is made
- Performer's pass will include same level of access as a full pass
- All performances will occur on Friday night (8-10 pm). Tech rehearsals will happen during the day of the event.
- Location of performances will be held at the main ballroom at Doubletree Hilton in San Jose, California
