With a background in ballroom dance, Anastasia brings a strong foundation in technique, body awareness, and movement quality. Her teaching style blends precision with emotion, helping students connect deeply to the music and express themselves with confidence and authenticity.

She is the creator of the Supernova Method—a unique approach to dance that guides students to connect with their inner selves and flow with the rhythm. Her work focuses on musicality, personal expression, and helping each dancer discover their own style.

Based between Los Angeles and Miami, Anastasia is passionate about solo Bachata, especially ladies’ styling. Her mission is to inspire dancers to move from the heart, trust their bodies, and unlock their full potential—because she truly believes that anyone can dance with the right guidance.
